Flash Foraging Pickniks

Our fantastic flash forager, Alan, will be leading some Flash Foraging Picknik’s on the last two Saturdays in September. The aim is to go out, pick some apples, and have a picnic afterwards! There is even a possibility of a cider making workshop afterwards, using Alan’s cider press. The first of these will be on Saturday 17th September, meet by the ASDA roundabout in Chandlers Ford, by the traffic lights, as you head towards/come back from The Avenue, Southampton. Please email us for the start time of this event.

I am interested in the flash foraging. What time does it start as we generally go to the farm in the morning.

      Hi Kate,

Thanks for leaving a comment. The Flash Foraging starts at 11am. I am sorry this coincides with your farm visit. The idea of the foraging session was to pick some apples and then if it’s a nice day, go for a picnic afterwards. By the time the apples have picked, it will be time for lunch you see. It would be nice if you came along.

      Kind Regards,

      Greg

My husband and I have lots of apples from our apple tree and would love to turn them into cider – would this be a possibility?

    Many Thanks
