1. The forum is expanding massively, I think we need to look at how our experiment has gone with it, the good and the bad, and make changes and improvement ASAP before the forum is so massive it becomes an impossible task.
2. I was thinking we could write a 'Creating a Buzz' action plan. This would allow us to draw lots of the ideas in the bank together and organize them in some kind of order. This would make it easier for Greg and me to know what needs doing and where we're at, as well as having something solid to show volunteers so they could jump straight in and get productive.

1. What do you think of the icons on the forum? Shall I add more onto each of the subforums? Do you think that'll make it easier for people to see what they're about?
2. Yes I think that would be brilliant. Work out our priorities, what ideas are best etc. We need to think about manpower and be realistic – what ideas would be simple to set up and go with.

1. I like the icons, they are a step in the right direction. I think we really need to sit down, review whats gone well and what hasn't, and think about the next step. I want to remain open to the idea of a complete overhaul if looking at the pro's and con's show that an overhaul is the best option.
2. Yeh exactly. If we're methodical I think we can start small and build it up. I think you hit the nail on the head, it needs complete integration with man-power boasting, so we need to think about organization as well I think. I think we really do need to sit down and work through this one, rain or shine haha!

Perhaps we could meet up next week – or talk during Skipped next week (if you're coming). We need to summarise things, bring things together, join together discussions so we're not flooding the forum. It would be good to sit down and create this 'Creating a Buzz' document. Perhaps we could create the document and collaborate on it together – so upload it to Google Docs?

I have now added icons to all Bank of Ideas subforums.
I have also moved the forum, Local Food, to the Bank of Ideas, as it is a main category and it will allow people to access this much more easily (go in from the front page of the forum).
I was thinking about the Local Economy forum and wondered what it should really involve.
I was thinking about the 'Recycling' category. It should only be used to discuss recycling and waste, and not to do with upcycling and reusing (i.e. turning something into something else), as this really comes under Art & Creativity.

If it's not raining, after skipped sounds like an excellent idea! We can talk through where we feel we are at now and make a solid start, then a google doc sounds like a create idea for continued work!
